The type of production takes place in the cold pressing process and is bottled under strict monitoring and quality control according to European standards.
Description
It is made with selected olives from privileged sections of our olive grove. The slightly bitter and spicy taste refers to the high content of polyphenols with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
